If your asking "where" Barnes & Noble is located in Waterford Lakes (which you called an "outdoor mall" - just trying to clarify) it's over on the side of Best Buy. If you're standing in the parking lot, looking at Best Buy, Barnes and Noble is to the left. Hope this helps.

They do give discount for military and I love all these stores. They are so nice even if your just browsing their store. All the stores in this center makes you want to come back

There are none that print shirts, but there are many stores that sell a variety of clothing in many styles, so maybe you can still find something you like.

Yes, there is a place a few miles down the road from Waterford called Pallozzo's Day Spa and it is amazing.
