This Sheetz have gone downhill since I’ve been coming here. Their employees don’t look at the monitor to see what we the customers order. It doesn’t seem like their properly trained in food handling. Especially, when it comes to gloves and not using the same ones for each order. Yuck!!! They definitely don’t look at sizes of what you order. Even when their slow and there are several employees in the building.

My order was messed up two nights in a row. The first night I ordered boneless bites and they gave me chicken strips. I ordered bbq sauce and they give me dr.pepper bbq sauce. I ordered a pizza and they put it in a bag smashing my pizza. The second night I ordered two chili dogs on a pretzel bun and they gave me regular hot dog buns when I paid extra for the pretzel dog buns. I’m going to start going to the other mentor location.
