Food always good. Went on father's day and line was long but consistently moving. Never had a complaint in the 4 years we have lived in Clayton.

This McDonalds is always packed, mostly due to its location. We regularly have issues with missing items, so checking your bags before pulling away from the drive through is a must. Even though we ate inside this time, we had a cheeseburger missing. However, the restaurant is clean and the food was hot and served in a timely manner.

I just ordered a Caramel Macchiato and some oatmeal from here, and they could not even get that right. After paying they tell me the machine for the Macchiato isn't working so I take a Frappe. Then after I get to work I find out that they gave me a hot bowl of soup basically with all the water I had in the oatmeal and didn't even let me know they were out of the apples that is supposed to come with it. If I didn't have to be at work I would have went back for a refund. I won't be stopping here anymore.

When food is prepared in advance it sits under a heated area to keep it warm. This will melt the cheese, but should keep it somewhat warm. When placed here they should be set with a time to let staff know to trash it after and expiration time of some number of minutes. Some employees will push this to or over the limit sometimes. Other issues can occur where a prepared item gets picked up or moved temporarily and then is sort of lost and later handed to customers. For all consumers, fast food is best consumed onsite to avoid things like this or to.at least check your items and order if you have to leave.
Well that all depends.... could be child abuse or could be because you're acting out in a way that just talking to you about your behavior is no longer getting thru to you..... not sure how McDonald's would've answered this tho

I m not a employee, but I have had same thing happened. Keep your receipt and next time you have the chance to go in do and ask for the manager to complain
