Jackie the nurse practitioner was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. She answered all of my questions with her gentle explanations before I even asked my questions. She cares about her patients and about providing care at a high standard. Delia was also very helpful, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this doctor’s office.

***Rude and impatient. Hang up on patients*** Called to change appointment time, the lady was very impatient and provided only a few spots to choose from. None of them fit my schedule so I was like “Ok I will call back later to reschedule” and she hang up before I could even finish my sentence. No Thank you. No Goodbye. It was strange because I was talking to her in a polite and nice tone. Never seen a front desk like that so I decided to go somewhere else.

We are in network with most of Aetna Plans. You can send us a text message with a picture of front and back of your insurance to 407 409 8067 and we will be able to tell you for sure
We do take most of the plans for UHC. There are a couple of exceptions. You can send us a copy of the insurance card to 4074098067 via text message and we will be able to tell you for sure if we take your plan We also take Humana Gold
