Rented home in Englewood, Fl for two weeks. After traveling 9hrs we were unable to enter the home…combination they provided did not work. Called emergency # and after several tries the door was unlocked remotely. Representative Jessica came over and was unable to reset. She removed the doorknob/lock to the garage so we could gain access to the house via the garage opener. This hole in the door allowed the house to be infested with ants and mosquitos. Sheets on the master bed were dirty and had blood stains on them. AC was not working properly and house was 78 degrees most of the day. Owner had AC on a timer so we were unable to adjust it. I appreciated Jessica and John resolving some of the issues. I have used Global Resort before and was very satisfied. I unfortunately will not use them again. Very disappointed with this experience!!!!
