Hello everybody, I urge you to not bring your lovely pets here. The reason I say that is do to the terrible TERRIBLE customer service that this location provides. One time I went to drop off my pet and the lady that received him, she was just not right. She was so nervous her energy was so off. This is nothing because it would’ve been her first day. There are SEVERAL times when I call this location so Schedule an appointment or when I have a question and they NEVER answer!! Guess what ? I called the store one to ask if anyone was at the desk at Banfield because I was curious why no one was answering and the gentleman that answered the phone let me know there was indeed someone at the front desk and told me to call Banfield again because they weren’t talking on the phone. So there I go and call several more time just to be left with the robot asking me if I want to give it another try to press 0. I gave it so many tries that I switched locations. When I called another Banfield nearby they let me know that many of there customers also have several compliments about this Banfield in Central Park, they are not responsible at all. I leave you guys here with this information if you wish to continue with this location. Beware!

Have been taking my dog to this location for many years. Doctors are greats! My recent interactions with the receptionist staff for my last 3 visits over this year have not been great. The past few years you can’t make appointments online anymore? I STILL get called by the wrong name! They changed their policy with CareCredit without notice! The list goes on. I will be finding a different location or just different vet in general.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
