Just got off the phone with "Hope," and because we are considered "a new client," they will not take an appointment for my dog for six weeks! They recommended that I take my dog to an emergency pet clinic. Wow. Way to demonstrate the kind of concern you would have for my fur-baby. Nope.

Nothing. They are all amazing from the time you walk in til you leave. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had said something negative about the office because I couldn't reach anyone on a weekend in an emergency. But I didn't know that they are in coordination with the pet emergency system in Lancaster PA. If you have an emergency you go to Lancaster PA because they are only an emergency clinic. If you have a wellness check then they are there for you at Annville and Cleona, makes perfect sense for what they deal with and it was my fault for not investigating more as to what I should do in the case of an emergency. Kudos to Annville Cleona veterinarian clinic. I've always had nothing but the best service while I was there it was a time when I was very upset with what was going on and I should have waited until I knew all the details. I give five stars for the staff the cleanliness and knowledge that the veterinarians and techs have. I'm very happy with my Annvillle an Cleona Veterinarian Clinic.

My best friend found a cat in the engine of her car and I, who have always had dogs, went and looked for her. Im Engy's mother for a week now and I had many questions and doubts. As soon as I entered the office the receptionist greeted me with Thats Engy? And came to see her. Then the ver assistant was a sweetheart to me and the Vet. asked me many times if I had any question. They treated me with great respect and professionalism, but above all without any hurry. Also with excellent kindness. I love it and they gave me a bag with information about kitten care, an insurance pamphlet and a measuring cup to give medicine to my kitten. I recommend them 100%, now I'm very calm that my kitten's vet is very good with animals and their pawparents. Lol

Do you do house calls for Jonestown area? How much? I have a very nervous large dog 125lbs. who does not do well with other dogs and does much better at home than in an office.

Hi Teresa! I'm sorry but we do not offer house calls at this time. We certainly do everything we can do make a nervous dog comfortable in the office but we do understand that some dogs do not travel well.
