We got here at 7pm with a party of 8 and there was a empty table that perfectly fit all of us. I asked the manager if we could sit there she said no sorry we have a party coming but the party never came I went to ask again and she said no with an attitude clearly the manager was a having a bad day Makisha didn’t want anything to do with customer service. Regardless of having a bad day or an attitude I don’t think especially a manager named “Makisha” should be in this type of environment customers always come first! Also we order drinks they didn’t come out till we finished our food! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this BJS the one in Moreno! We ended up leaving around 9:30 the party never came & they ended up sitting a party of 6 instead of our party! Don’t come here if you want to have a great time with family and friends!

The wait time was excessive even though that had empty tables. we were told it was because they were short on staff. We ended up taking a table in the bar area instead of waiting. The server was excellent. It seemed to take a while to get the food but everything we ordered was really good. They have a great selection of beer and it was cold and tasty! I thought it was reasonably priced, as well.

Pretty disappointing time thanks to management allowing customers waiting for a table to hover over seated customers. We had a group of 5 people literally leaning into our booth and cheering loudly at the TV... for almost an hour.
