Teague park is a nice place for date night. Clean bathrooms, a lot of places to eat. No playground but the kids love playing in the water and a great place for a picnic.

We went to the park for a city organized fishing event on two consecutive weekends. My young sons both caught catfish. They had a ball! The program is catch and release and has become pretty popular so there were many families with their children learning how to fish on the pier and bridges. The instructors are patient and fun. My boys really enjoyed themselves.
