Great Experience, very clean and comfortable. The beds are great, the shower is great and super hot! We had an amazing stay, utilized the kitchen and the provided BBQ grill for some cheeseburgers!!! We met the innkeepers partner Mark and he was very nice and inciteful on things to do in the Cape!!! We will stay again, and again! P.S. I have been rocking my "Near Beach" coozie since I have left!!!

Near Beach Rentals is the best!!! Sam and Mark are so sweet, totally dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable time. Each room I stayed in over the coarse of a few weeks was comfortable, stocked with amenities, and felt like home! The courtyard is magical, inviting and begging to be used for grilling diners or sipping morning coffee in the fresh ocean air. If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would!

Wow! Amazing experience at Near Beach! I spent almost three weeks here while working on a construction project in Harwich building a hempcrete home with my colleagues. Sam and Mark were absolutley incredible hosts. The rooms were perfect - I stayed in two different rooms during my three week stay - each one different in serendipitous little ways! My rooms were clean, complete with all the things I needed to relax and cook myself a meal at the end of a hard days work. My favorite part of the facility was the community yard space. There are multiple tables, chairs, grills and gas firepits that make the well maintained yard very inviting and cozy. We had a barbecue with our coworkers on one of the last nights and it was so much fun, especially because Sam and Mark joined us for dinner! Highly recommended for a personalized experience in a super functional and efficient beach rental!

Went for a 4 night 5 day stay to Cape Cod and stayed here all 4 nights. I can't say enough about the place. Real nice little condos numbering 6 in all. All 6 point towards a common outdoor area. Each room has a little kitchen and bathroom. Our room could sleep up to 4 with a queen bed in the room and a pull out type couch. The kitchen comes with a stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, utensils, coffee pot to name a few. No toaster should be noted as we ended up toasting our bagel in the oven. Strongly suggest and will be back.
