take-out/walk-in🍧recent Friday Night. Overall Better than anticipated, due to recent reviews, time & day. Odd complaint, plastic spoons gave me a Minor chubby lip. Gone by morning. Both Sides of my upper lip were tender, tiny bit raw next day. My significant other had similar, less than experience.

Don’t bother going to the ice cream counter with your kids to get ice cream! They are so busy with online orders that you could wait for a half hour at the counter and still not even have anyone take your order! People who were waiting had left, including us. I don’t blame the staff, as they were working incredibly hard. But I do blame the management. Either turn off online ordering when you are swamped, or be online ordering only and tell your customers. Clearly you can’t handle both.

We’re currently going through a personal problem right now.. the manager Jessica gave us some orders that were not picked up today and has been so kind! Aaron is super sweet, she’s the best! She also came out and gave us a Mr.beast order that was not picked up before they closed the other night! And huge shout out to the cook Sarah! She made everything with love and the food was amazing! We couldn’t thank the staff enough for how generous and kind hearted they have ALL been to us during this tough time 🙏🏻 Truly this establishment is amazing. I wouldn’t choose any other Friendly’s!!

I've not done an online order. I have had more problems with staff, food and wait times (crowded) in Leominster than Gardner. Leominster is in a more convenient location to do other things though. Thanks for the online info.
Also depends how busy that resteraunt is. Could be anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour waiting for a delivery
