Great customer service and kindness from everyone involved. And the busses wait for each other at certain times of the day, or they'll call in and say of they're running late, and for the bus to wait if there's a person needing that particular bus. Never experienced that level of care from a bus system before. Par excellence.

I just moved to immokalee from Naples and when I first called to for route information I got a ride man and he ended up hanging up on me very terrible service
