To my knowledge, they do not. You can to that on your computer. They is software/hardware to convert lps to mp3s or a higher grade of audio file. Also you will need to cd burner and associated software.

Well, there hasn't been a new Pink Floyd album/CD in over 20 years.... so no. But they do have used CD and lps.
