I got to the store at 8:30pm and quickly started to look for what I came to purchase. At 8:54, as I was heading to the front, an associate said, “You know we’re closed, right?” I turned and looked at her and said, “at 9, right?” She said, “yeah, what time is it?” I told her and she mumble something under her breath so I casually walked into another department for a minute and then, after the shock wore off I just quickly walked out of the store. I will not spend my money at this location! I have Bealls stores with kinder employees that appreciate my business. I’ve worked in retail. On a busy weekend you don’t push customers out early, before you close and you definitely speak in a more kind, respectful way.
