As a guest visitor a family member who lives there, I was extremely disappointed. The pool was out of service and green in color. Other residences then informed me it had been weeks and the pool was still not available.

Older condos, but a perfect location convenient to shopping and restaurants, Santa Fe college, Univ. of Florida, and several hospitals. Great rental or home location for a student, or for someone working as a travelling medical professional, resident, or contract nurse..

The condos have amenities. They are: Wi-Fi, pool, exercise room, free water, and a room to hold events. Everything requires a password and/or key. The property is managed by The Guardian Association. They have a website for the property.
