I could write an essay on how terrible this place was and how they treated me! They lied to me three times (said there was a sign that says 'only cash' when there wasn't, Then changed it to say they weren't allowed to put a sign that said that because of "the law" which showed the first lie (and what law could that possibly be?), lied about the machine "doesn't have a space for water" (but they sold bottles for $3.50 a piece). They embarrassed me twice in front of several other customers ("Sir, we have to keep this line moving." (When I had a legitimate concern) "There's a sign that says cash only out there (a lie)") They don't take a debit card at all (to save them that $.35 service charge) and shrugged when I said I didn't have cash. BUT THEY DO have an ATM that I can get cash for a $3 fee right next to the register (hmm). The lady at the register looked like she wouldn't care if I died in front of her, rolled her eyes and never smiled. Another lady (the "we have to keep this line moving along") walked away while I was voicing my concerns. They had no sign that said they only take cash, but have AT LEAST 5 SHOWING THEY ARE THE SECOND BEST PIZZA IN ST AUGUSTINE PER TRIP ADVISOR (which coincidentally was a 7 year old news report). By the way, the pizza? Meh. I've had much better. This was the worst experience from a customer service standpoint I have received in a very long time, and they do not DESERVE customers if they treat people like I was treated. 0 Stars if I could

The food was good but they don’t have the prices anywhere in site so their pizza slices were pretty expensive and it’s cash only, which you only find out at the register. They do have atms but they charge you a a hefty fee which is just a maneuver to make more money.

I'm born and raised in bronx,ny and this is the best pizza around here.it's pretty dam authentic.my favorite.I drive from jacksonville to st Augustine.it's the only pizza I'll eat.
Love their pizza so much... stop crying about where to sit.... just cause u got dollars ... doesnt buy you a seat..... Go eat this awesome pizza !
Like 3 or 4 bucks, I think? I never pay attention, money is no object at that place. Worth every dime and then some.

I was there on Saturday. No masks. Masks were never required in Florida. There are just a couple businesses that have a mask policy but they are few and far between. The pizza was amazing as always!
We just drove by. They are OPEN. Just ordered our Brooklyn Pizza😊😊 they have phone issues.

I deeply apologize I don't do Spanish but it's a good place to eat I like it if you want to know their times and what they sell I would suggest you Google them or call them but you won't go wrong happy eating
