If possible I would give the post master no stars.To begin with,They do not answer their phones Attempts to speak with the Post Master were many and when we finally spoke he was rude and unwilling to provide me with a document. He kept saying it’s on line and refused to give me a copy nor did he give me a page or particular page to address my issue. Unfortunately the downtown post office is completely different but they are unable to help with problems. They refer you to Sadler Road location!

Friendly staff. I was able to go through my passport renewal process easily and without any problems.

I am very disappointed in the local PO. I have collected the mail for the previous owners (all 6 of them) and every 2 weeks personally drive down to the PO. I explain that we continue to receive the incorrect mail for the former residents. I am told every time that they will talk to the carrier. It has not changed anything. Today I had a USPO package shoved into my mailbox, it ripped the package open. The mailbox was left slightly open (due to the package) and everything then became soaked when a rainstorm came. I have complained face to face and nothing changes - what other options do we have!! This is unacceptable!

Donna was amazing and such a delight to meet. Sent out a few packages with ease, didn’t wait too long in line (less than 3 minutes) and it was 4pm on a Friday. Relaxed environment.
