Disappointed! It’s outrageously dirty. You could tell that the theater we were in hadn’t been clean after a couple showings! And the the seats were ripped off the floor with the screws showing…safety hazard. And to also mention the fabric on the seats were outrageously disgusting. For the amount I paid this should at at least be a decent/clean. Not happy at all. And I will not be going back until I see improvement.

Movie started at 9:45pm. Went to concession stand to get a refill on popcorn and drink at 10:15pm. Noone was there at the concession stand everything was cleaned up. I looked and looked for someone to get refills for about 15min. Found the janitor in a theater who told me concession was closed and workers are in the office. And I said back that the workers said I could get refills. So I went back to concession asked for assistance again loud so they could hear me and noone answered. So I went back to the janitor and asked the janitor to get the concession staff so I could get a refill. Janitor came looked for about 5min and said they couldn't find them that they probably went home. But the janitor refilled my cup and I explained that there is no sign that says when concessions close and when I purchased the drink and popcorn they said I could get refills but hard to do when noone is there to do it. But even from all that when I purchased my movie ticket and got to the theater it was a mess. Popcorn bags popcorn cups all over the floor. Not a good experience.

Needs major updates. Chairs are filthy and uncomfortable, floors were sticky, theater smells, popcorn tasted old. Will continue to drive up to Oshkosh for my movie experiences until there is something done with this theater. I had hopes when odyssey bought it years ago…. FRANKly I’m disappointed, I didn’t feel like I need a shower when I get home from a movie.

Took my kids to see the new Sonic 2 movie today. Staff was friendly. Ticket and concession prices very affordable compared to other theatres in the area. While they don't currently have the reclining seats, we were able to watch the movie that we had wanted to. We will definitely be back to watch more movies at this location!
