Do not be fooled! This company is now owned by Hero Services and they should be called Zero Services! I called on Saturday because my septic tank was full and backed up in the toilet and bathtubs. They said they couldn't get to us until Tuesday. They refused to provide an ETA. On Tuesday they called me and said they'd be at my house in 25 minutes only to call my husband 3 minutes later saying they had a problem with their vehicle and couldn't come until Thursday. I called Rocky Top Septic Services and they came the same night. Don't waste your time calling this company.
