Yeah these guys fix everything

I have a hard drive ( I removed it from my pc and replaced) but the drive needs repairing in order to retrieve the data. I imagine the arm needs to be set back on the platter or something of the such. Do you perform this or tell me who can?

I need a used android smartphone with Bluetooth. I would use the device to transmit voice over Bluetooth to a speaker, so the cell phone part doesn’t have to work. Might you have such a device?
