Tara is not professional and her supervisor Michelle was suppose to follow up with me last Friday, 8/19/22 and I haven't heard anything from her and it's Thursday 8/25/22. But Tara in St Augustine location keeps calling the rest of the family that has nothing to do with anything! The claim isn't even against me or my husband, but they're treating us like we did something wrong! So disappointed!

What do we do about false reports that have been called on you ?

Molly Elizabeth Simpson | Sep 22, 2020
Britney Alexander | Sep 22, 2020

There's nothing you can do. Since the person you made the report is suppose to stay anonymous. On the bright side if the report is unfounded. Than your case will be closed within 45 days, and no one will bother you again about the subject. Unless another report gets made if that happens same process again. They always have 45 days to respond and decide if a report is true or untrue.
