The dine-in area is closed for some reason. Drive-thru and mobile order is the only option. I highly don’t recommend going through the drive-thru during busy times, because the parking lot is small!

I went to buy Hot Green tea Latte and was told that they are changing the formula and had no Matcha to make the tea; however, the ad on the monitor at the drive thru IS for Matcha green tea! Why advertise something you don't have! How frustrating!?
