All I can say is this store is for people whom LOVE to cook! My husband was in heaven. He found his 50lb bag of Bread Flour plus a whole lot more. The prices are fair for the quality you get. I recommend this store for the Chef in the house or a restaurant.

Bulk supplier to restaurants etc. Sells to the public and we get meat, containers and a few other select grab items. We especially like the mozzarella/provolone shredded cheese 5 lb bag as we do Italian style cooking frequently. Prices are moderate for high quality items.

I do not remember seeing ginger in the store. Because they supply restaurants everything is in large sizes. They have large bottles of spices so they probably have powdered ginger in the spice area. If you want fresh ginger, try Bravo Grocery on Nova at Neville.
I do not work for the store, but I do not believe they do. Gordon Food Service is a restaurant supply company and this is a physical store that sells to restaurants and the public too.
Gordon food service doesn't sell Corian, try Lowe's.
