I want to thank the staff here for helping me with a very undesirable situation. I had attempted to remedy this myself and even inquired with friends to assist without luck. I went to two places prior to coming to Tuffys to help me retrieve a dead animal that had climbed up into my engine the previous day and were turned away because others couldn’t be bothered. After being turned away by the two previous business Tuffys went out of their way to help. Kudos to them and I hope my good gesture of a nice gratuity let them know how much I appreciated them.

It hurts the customer service that they gave me in that place to begin with, the lady who attended me did not have a good attitude to speak to me, I do not know if it was because I was Latin or because of my accent in English, I really felt very uncomfortable because since I arrived she spoke to me in a tone as rude and very rude, the only thing that I rescue is the good work performance of the boys in the place for getting my car out on time, I only really hope that this lady changes that attitude because sometimes she forgets that the workers are the letter of introduction of the establishment.
