From the moment I needed Lemon Bay Funeral Home's help, down to the very last detail, their entire staff was so compassionate, friendly&professional. They all literally went above&beyond to help me, and I was so grateful because I had really been run ragged this past year having to help my mom by myself due to unforseen circumstances. When I had to let Steven Jones, the funeral director, know that I couldn't pay him until I received the life insurance benefits, he thanked me for being honest with him&was completely patient, never calling or emailing me to ask for payment, until I was able to pay him. Also, not having a car here(I live in AZ&mom lost her car last year), I've been forced to use Uber which adds up very quickly. Instead of my having to take an Uber to Lemon Bay to pick up mom's death certificates, Steven had Rob bring them to me instead. Then I asked if I could view their prayer card images online but was told they didn't have that option&would have to go there to do so. But the next day I recieved a phone call from Corrine who told me she could email me the images as well as some poems and scriptures to choose from so I wouldn't have to go there! They also had a new feature where they could add a photo of mom, a feature they didn't have 7yrs ago when my brother passed away. There were 2photos of mom I loved&had trouble choosing from, so I asked Corrine if we could print 1/2of the cards with one photo&1/2 with the other&it turned out that she had the same thought! So I only had to take an Uber there once to pick up mom's ashes and the prayer cards. I would highly recommend Lemon Bay Funeral Home to anyone in need of a compassionate& extremely helpful team in their time of need.

Steve Jones at Lemon Bay was very comforting. I trusted that he would care for my loved ones remains with dignity and caring. There was no pressure from him regarding any services. He was available at all times. I cannot recommend Lemon Bay enough as other places were curt and pressured me.
