Such potential. I visited based on the reviews and purchased a few plants. Some of the staff is knowledgeable others are clearly not able to answer basic questions and just encourage you to purchase as much as they are able. I asked a woman if they carried a certain plant and she claimed they absolutely didn't have them, later on I found the exact ones I'd asked about. I realized when I got home that I was overcharged. The pot said one price and the receipt said another. It's my fault as I hadn't thought to check that such a reputable place would engage in such tactics. Everything else was wrung up correctly so I didn't notice the discrepancy when I heard the total and paid. I wasn't handed the itemized receipt, it was tucked into my box of plants. I tried calling and the staff member was hesitant - she didn't know what to do and wouldn't provide any answers or advice to resolve. This experience soured my opinion of this place. I'm so disappointed as I planned to be returning here.

Beautiful place with an abundance of house plants, outdoor gardening, home decor and gifts. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit!
