I took my family to Cooper's Hawk in Naples, FL. The dining experience was wonderful - food, drinks, and service!!! However, what really impressed me was the customer service when my gift cards did not work. They were not able to determine why they showed a zero balance, but said they would check into it further and took my contact information. They offered me a free bottle of wine for my inconvenience! The following morning I received an email from the manager (Elaine - such wonderful woman!), that she contacted the corporate office. They in turn involved their accounting department. The card numbers had been used in two locations which I had never been to - one was even out of state. They refunded the total amount of the gift cards to me and apologized again for the inconvenience to me! Again, the restaurant was fabulous, but the Customer Service was beyond all expectations! Thank you again Cooper's Hawk for truly caring about your customers, and a special thanks to Elaine!

The menu sat Cooper’s Hawk is full of everyone’s favorites. There were eight of us today and everyone found a choice that excited them. Appetizers are very tasty and the main courses were too. Portions are generous so if you are not starving you will be very satisfied with the lunch portion, if available. If you want a cocktail, try their Tropical Mojito made with mint and pineapple! Service was prompt, efficient, and informative. All good.

My first review was erased. My husband and I went in for our first wedding anniversary and our experience after a fun wine tasting was very lackluster. Chris and Deb at the wine bar were very knowledgeable, though I wish they had told us we could try any wine they had instead of sticking to the eight listed on the front of their tasting worksheets. We let the hostess know it was our first wedding anniversary and that we had a reservation, and after she wrote that it was our anniversary on our table card, we were sat almost immediately. Though new, our server, Camilo, was very competent and very honest with us. This is where things took a turn. We ordered the brussells sprouts, which were great, and the pork belly, which was overshadowed by the new sauce and the difficulty of eating it as a watery dip. My husband ordered the pistachio-crusted grouper as his main, which was VERY salty, even for him. The side mashed potatoes and asparagus were amazing. My sweet corn risotto entree was not something I would get again. Management (Jose) came over and apologized, let us know we weren’t the first guests to complain about salt, and offered to make us new entrees. We ordered the gnocchi carbonara and the chicken madeira - we would order both again, but the madeira sauce was VERY sweet and I would order it on the side next time. We ordered the berry cobbler for dessert and a taste of the nightjar (red wine). We were brought the ice wine (white wine) instead and were told a long story about whose fault that was. We were brought the nightjar as we finished our dessert, which was unfortunate as they paired exceptionally well. Our first entrees were comped, which we appreciated, but nothing was done to celebrate our anniversary despite telling our server and the hostess and the manager; no toast or free truffle (as I’ve seen in other reviews), or even a candle in the dessert we did order. My husband was even thinking of joining the wine club, but we were deterred by the food. I’m guessing the occasion was forgotten in the attempt to apologize. We are willing to try Cooper’s Hawk again and order different things, but we won’t be back a third time if the experience is the same.

It was my first time here and it was AMAZING. The wine was so good and so many different varieties to try! Jeremy at the wine tasting went above and beyond and listened to our likes and recommended some of the best wine I have ever tasted. He was amazing and super friendly! When we got seated at the table, our waitress Carol was phenomenal, she was funny, she had recommendations on food and her vibe was overall amazing. The food alone was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in SWFL since moving here 2 years ago! Everything was amazing and I definitely will be back.

GREAT! You have to schedule tastings & make restaurantreservations. At the tasting area, all servers wear masks. When you are shopping or walking to the restaurant or restrooms everyone I saw was wearing masks. In the dining area all servers were also wearing masks. Probably one of the few restaurants I actually feel safe in to be perfectly honest.

At the store/restaurant - they're are parking spots reserved at the front, making it easy to pick up your bottles. Shipping is available too for a charge, but the bottles also "rollover" to the next month so you are not required to pick them up monthly.
11 am to 9:30 pm today.
With the heat how it is in Florida, it's best not to leave food or wine in your vehicle for more than 45 minutes.
