Celeste truly loves pets!!!! We are so happy to find her 5 years ago and have her groom our baby. Her new shop is bright and very cheery. I love how her shop atmosphere feels and I love that she can take her time with our furbaby, down to every detail. Thanks Celeste...see you again. And Jimmy your review sounds ignorant!!! She's had her own business for over 6 years so why would she be filling out an application at Earthwise? You probably made some innocent person not get a job. If she hurt the dog she would accept responsibility and make it right. And why didnt you file a claim against her, especially if your vet costs were $7000? And why write a review over 2 years later, considering its been over 2 years since the pandemic? You sir sound like an idiot who is trying to promote someone else's business!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !. we contracted Celeste to groom our small dog during the pandemic. She arrived with her truck and groomed our dog in our driveway. When she brought our dog to the front door the dog looked like she was in pain. Celeste said the dog was just nervous from the grooming. Later that day we finally took the dog to the vet to find that her eyeball had been punctured! I called Celeste and she told me nothing happened during her grooming session and that it was not her problem if my dog didn't feel well. Corrective surgery at UF cost almost $7000 and 1 year of follow-up to help my dog regain some site from her eye. I will never trust Celeste with any animal. No innocent animal deserves to be treated like this. I know accidents can happen but she refused to acknowledge that it occurred and did not accept responsibility, even though the dog never left my property. I now use Earthwise and I saw Celeste Applying for a job there. Fortunately, after hearing this story Earthwise did not hire her and you shouldn't either.
