Elandis now owns this property. The property started going down hill right before Tzadik started the selling process. We were not given any warning that this was going to happen but I figured it out when they sent out notices that the bank would need to check every apartment. Elandis Property Management is more concerned with making money from those residents who receive government funding. The property management lied about changing my unit for 2 months, then started communicating with me through emails to cover their tracks. I lost money on another company because I wanted to give them a chance to change my unit but it was too late the other property management company had filled the vacancy by the time Elandis told me that I had to go through the whole rental process again to be "considered" for another unit. These apartments also have issues with the water having to be turned off at least once a month. Don't get me started on all these visitors that need access to the apartments. I do not receive any assistance from the government so naturally I do not like multiple expections. I wanted to wait until I moved before updating my review but I feel that these issues need to be out there now in case people are considering moving here.

Don't move here, high prices, allot of restrictions, rude management, and maintenance walks right inside like they own the place well they do but how about a heads up please

The driveways in here need a overhaul, the new corportation owning this dump is ELANDIS and they are just concerned about getting there money but not honoring the health and safety codes!, Their district manager KATHY HOPKINS is rude and sends out extortion letters to residents saying they owe money when they don't and threatening to not accept anymore rent unless this extortion is paid, one resident that i personally know got a extortion letter for over $2000 all because they failed to notify residents of changes that needed to be made with renters insurance, they took over property mid december and have yet to notify residents of new office phone # KATHY HOPKINS does not return phone calls or respond to emails sent to her by residents and when you try and go above her head she will not allow you to! they advertise too that they have basketball court which has not been maintained in probably close to 5 yrs, they removed the slides in the playground area for the kids that they display in there advertising pics
