From my experience..STAFF ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL..👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽EVEN GIVES YOU INSIGHT ON A LOT OF OTHER THINGS..YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT..BUT WHATS A LITTLE TIME WHEN SOMEONE IS HELPING YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes it is; the center is closed to the public, however, they will provide you a paper application as well as the website to apply online for rental assistance.
