Back in July, while checking out, the system went down while running my card. Showed the cashier that the transaction had gone thru on my side while she's talking to her boss, Nikolai that says it hasn't on their end. Stupidly, I agreed to pay cash as well, with the assurance that the money would be refunded back to my bank. Got the owner's number and everything. After disputing with my bank and talking to the owner again, reassuring me that he's on top of it, I'm the one out double my money.

I am so glad we found this store! Huge, clean, wide variety of products, everything is always fresh, the prices are much better than at other Russian stores. Natalia and Tania provide excellent customer service every single time. Regrettably, some of the other girls are less friendly, but, hopefully, they will learn.
