I lived in this community for 11 months, apartments are ancient and need to be renovated. Model homes differ from the rentals, such as granite countertop in the model home, but apartments do not have it. They have old laminate ones. Kitchens are too small for 3 or 4 people families; there is not enough area for food preparation. If you rent an apartment on the 2nd floor, the entrance is terrible, too tight to move in and out with market bags or furniture. You will probably see rust on the sink's surface and mold in the cabinets. The pool and its environment are well designed and pleasant to spend time in. Even if the gym has old-fashioned equipment and limited space, it will help you with training. Tennis courts are also lovely. The playground will be much better. The trash container frequently breaks down; you will see and smell the trash around that area. The community location is convenient, and the elementary school is good.

On call tech is asleep and my pregnant girlfriend is in our apartment with ac that's blowing no cold air resulting in the apartment to be at 83 degrees.

Dogs are allowed but there's a pet fee. Not sure how much. For finding vacant unit building number, it's best to contact the leasing office over the phone. They're a helpful bunch.
