My wife went here several times and I have to tell you, THIS IS THE MOST DISFUNCATIONAL OFFICE IN ALL OF JACKSONVILLE! They only care about their bottom line and not the patients. When you call in, you are only talking to someone in a call center and not in the office, so they do not care about you at all, only that you book an appointment to get you in the door so that they can bill your insurance. When you do make to your appointment, you find out they cannot help you at all, EVEN THOUGH THE CALL CENTER SAID THEY COULD! If you are willing to be treated like cattle and get pushed along and just titled with an number, then this is where youll want to go!

All of these doctor center locations are trash. Steer clear. The receptionist (Anna) in particular has to be the worst one I’ve ever had to speak with. I tried to call for an appointment for my parents just trying to inquire about what they had available and this woman was eating food while on the phone with me. Then she was thanking a co-worker for handing her something while she was supposedly listening to me (you could tell she wasn’t listening). And finished off being very condescending.

Do not go here! They made a clerical error and disclosed all of my medical information to another patient. They never answer the phones and have terrible sanitary practices in the office.

The WORST medical clinic ever! I was treated like a herd of cows. My privacy was not respected. The NP did not wash her hands at all. No consideration for my medical decisions. The WORST clinic I have ever been to in 50 years.
