Enjoyed working out here. Plenty of space to walk outside and around the outdoor fields.

If there was a way to place 0 stars, today I would write 0 stars for customer service. While I would like to pen a great review of the facility and programs, I am having a very horrible and horrendous experience with the customer service/ communications at this facility. NO NOTES or REQUEST are added to accounts to provide any tracking of communication. You can speak to 5 different people at his facility and would be told 5 different things. It’s just an open chaos of communications that finances get drop into. Currently, I have my 3 sons who are members here and have been attending classes. I contracted a personal coach and also we agreed to pay his membership month to month an additional cost that I agreed to pay. After the first month with the coach, I terminated his contract due to scheduling conflicts and since then I have been trying to cancel his membership with this facility. Today, after speaking to 3 staff, I had to seek the intervention of the state’s attorney general as I am unable to cancel that contract and each manager I spoke to told me that I can’t have my contract cancelled for that person. Had this platform allowed me to add the audio file, I would upload that very long conversation with 2 managers who are saying that I can’t have my contract cancelled unless I pay $398 for the coach membership. Such an abuse of customers are never to be allowed and what I am experiencing I would never wish on others. My wife has made many request to have the membership cancelled only to be told that she needs to come-in during the morning hours before 12 noon to speak with a manager. Today, another manager on the phone says any manager can cancel it. Then when I asked for it to be cancelled, he said, “HE CAN’T but another manager who then spoke to me for an extensive period only to say….HE too CANT without me paying $398. THEN went on to say….THe membership will continue to be billed.” As a business owner myself, I find this level of thinking and service very sad and disingenuous to customers. This is why I opened an investigation with the state….THe lack of care and consideration is appalling and While I have been paying both for private classes for my 3 kids at this facility, I am being bullied to pay a 4th membership, that’s not used, that’s not even transferable and I have to seek legal means to get this addressed is now my only option as this facility has proven to be more interested in a membership than in the service of the client. Avoid yourself this level of trauma and torture.

I like the gym and the Stagg, however my car and a few others were broken into. Over 1k of damages and losses. Unfortunately no one is responsible. The parking lot lights need to be re evaluated in addition to security. This is the second time this has happened this year at that location.

You'll have to call and set up a meeting. They have promos for a short time as well as long term memberships.
You can do private swim lessons lessons but if you want the pool during family swim times you have to join.
Hi Ginger...I always entered thru the front. I've never had a reason to go thru the lower or side entrances. I always thought they were locked. The pools have been opened when quarantine allowed. Swimming classes have also been scheduled. I am trying to understand, your inquiry above, it appears more luke a statement than a question. I would contact Sport Fit for clarification. Take care!
Try calling. I'm pretty sure they are.. I'll find out.
No. This facility is mainly swimming, tennis, racquetball and workouts with and without weights, spinning
No. But in the summer the outdoor pool is a fun place to grab some rays.
Any age. The youngest classes they have are for 18 month olds. 13 year olds and up can go to the gym with an adult. Then they have lots people of people in their 70s and 80s working out. It is a pretty broad age range.
