Someone I know went there today and got a pedicure and when they started bleeding (it was fine it happens sometimes) but one of the lady's tried painting over there toe nail when it was bleeding instead of cleaning it she was just gonna leave the blood there and when she was told not to she cleaned it and super glued the cut without asking for permission and it was very unsanitized 😞

Went in to get pedi and tips, started with a lady giving attitude in which someone else took over, was leaving the state for a wedding, first time getting coffin nail, shapes were totally off and one nail was slightly lean, told the lady I could wait for her to do it over as I had a flight. When I reach my destination, the following day 2 nails broke b4 the wedding and one after, didn’t even know the 3rd one came off, had to go to another salon here in NY to have them soaked off and redone, never again. Nails didn’t last 2 days

Worst service worst Very disappointed. Never recommended for waxing I took appointment for full hand and full legs day before. She didn’t do my legs though. She told she can’t do it ! 😒never go there for waxing While doing hands she forgot lots spaces to wax and when I showed she was getting mad doing it roughly which was painful. Wax was getting over my cloths she didn’t even care about that I showed she just took out with strip not even oil to get rid of stickiness. Ridiculous. Very disappointed Was my favorite place for nails But now on no more nails service their. I experienced worst Customer service. Worst.
