I love this place but I had a few issues. I won't post because I already talked to customer relations because I am a Best Western Rewards member. So everything is good. But I can't write a good review per day.

NOT a streaming friendly tv in the room. I’ve connected my FireStick at many hotels including other Best Westerns. This system is locked and the tv is made for hotels. It has no external buttons. Not happy. The room is fine. Noisy traffic location.

Very comfy stay. They serve complimentary breakfast, and toiletries, the rooms have an iron and ironing board, and a stand for your suitcase to sit on. The staff was helpful, and welcoming. Parking is free and the rooms have the essentials(mini fridge & a microwave) unlike other higher priced hotels like the Double Tree.

Please like my post if it was helpful 👍. We had an amazing two night stay at Best Western Petaluma Inn for President's Day weekend visiting friends in San Rafael and Santa Rosa. Although we were concern about the higher cost per night, we chose Best Western Petaluma Inn due to its stellar reviews, nearby Tesla Supercharging Station, adjacency to the freeway, and proximity to nearby grocery and drug stores. From the checkin to checkout, we really appreciated the welcoming staff, comfortable bed, clean room, plenty of parking, and safety during this pandemic. What really impressed us was their continental breakfast with a private dining area serving waffles (one big or four small ones), microwaveable breakfast burritos, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, and toppings (syrup, sprinkles, sugar, etc). Plus, the breakfast also had a coffee machine serving not only coffee but also cappuccino, latte, and espresso along with creamers and sugar; this was in addition to the other teas, juices, and milk (dairy or non-dairy) available. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Best Western Petaluma Inn to our friends and family in the future.
