I have so much information on this place!!! Over 300 photos of the way they allow the tenants to destroy the landlords property and then move out is EMBARRASSING! The power struggle is even worse. Mrs. Milton-Ingram treats this office as if the money comes out her pocket DIRECTLY! No one should be given this much power! I’ve been slandered and disrespected by her in many ways. I don't have Section 8 but they don't help at all. A friend of mine was hit by Hurricane Ida so now he has to move out of a two bedroom to a one bedroom after 19 years being there. How can he find a one bedroom at $1223? They should help him just because of Hurricane Ida. He's disable and on disability. What wrong with this picture???
