I went there at 1 30 pm and they supposed to close at 4 pm, they couldn't help, I called and the old lady that was supposed to help with it, was already out and she told me she couldn't do anything. So mad, it was an emergency.

Go to vital statistics with your I D fill out the form it cost 25 for your birth certificate they will send you across the street to pay while they print it out
