I went to western sierra urgent care today and they kept closing the window they would not help anyone even though they have been open since 8 am now it's 10:30am they are very rude staff also I saw a doctor two weeks ago because I was in a car accident in April he told me I'm young and I will heal I'm 55 and still in a lot of pain he would not help me I sent many msg to my primary doctor and she never got the msgs

I have been going to Western Sierra for about 3 years or so and now I'm trying to figure out why. They are completely incompetent! I was hospitalized from a prescription one of there PA's gave me and the pharmacy is the worst!!! They NEVER get anything right. I was tolerant for too long (my fault) but no more. Don't make the same mistake I made.

IT'S OUTRAGIOUS THAT THE REFERAL PERSON WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE SO I OFTEN NEED GO BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN IN PERSON TO FORCE THEM TO FALLOW UP ON GETTING A REFERAL, (if the referral is complicated). Also, I NEED to ask other doctors …

It seems that you can only leave a message. The reason I say this is because I've practically begged them to leave a call back number that I can actually speak to someone and not have to leave a message for another call back. My doctor told me to make an appointment for a sonogram so I called to make an appointment and have to leave a message. I have a cell phone with no reception so I can't answer the call and talk to them they get annoyed, as do I, when the call is breaking up. There's a land line that is not mine and usually is not plugged in and I cannot have people call me on it. Every message I left to that effect was returned with another message with the same phone number to just call back which is leaving another message. I feel bad about my situation but don't know how I can fix it other than physically going to the facility I'm having the procedure done at to make the appointment.
