This was my first experience buying a brand new car which can be daunting for some. I called the Sunset Kia of Venice and Rich was eager to assist me and help me get my new vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was en route and he suggested that I put a deposit because they get sold so quickly. So I did that and I am beyond happy with my decision. Rich was extremely professional, explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand way and when the vehicle finally arrived at the dealership, I was in love. I highly recommend this dealership, Rich and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I love my new vehicle and would go back to Sunset Kia of Venice to purchase another vehicle in the future!

I absolutely enjoyed my entire experience with Sunset Kia in Venice, FL as well as my interactions with Erik, my salesman. From the very first day that my husband and I stopped into the dealership, Erik was patient and not smothering. My husband let him know that we were looking and if we had questions that we would find him. Erik respected our wishes and once we had a few questions he was able to answer all of them. I immediately had fallen in love with a gravity gray Sorento SX-and would have driven off the lot that day-but my husband insisted we take a few days to think about it. Fast forward a few days and the vehicle I wanted was already gone! At this point is where I experienced Erik’s patience and sense of humor! He searched their incoming inventory and let me know that an exact vehicle would be arriving in a few weeks and that it would be put on hold for me. I literally text him multiple times a week asking for updates and he always responded with humor. Once the day finally arrived for me to come in and finalize my purchase it was all an easy transaction. I would wholeheartedly return to this dealership for a future purchase.
