I’ve been to dozens of different OTF studios across the country for work and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve been to. The coaches and staff are incredible and make you feel at home. Facilities are always clean - truly enjoy coming here!

I love OTF and the Midtown West studio is great - I’d highly recommend checking it out the next time you’re in NYC! I was in town for work and lucked out that it’s so centrally located. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Coach Brad was terrific and provided great tips re: running form, rowing or weights. And if you have somewhere to be right after your workout there are at least five sparkling clean showers to choose from.

Wouldn't regret switching from a traditional gym to orangetheory in the first place asking myself not to look back. The staff and coaches are very friendly. Every single visit as I am never disappointed with the results. Having talented coaches as Brad, Adriana, Zach, Rachel and Jordan know how to keep up with every single member. Yet the front desk staff Maddie, Sam, Emily, Kelly and the rest of the crew and the studio manager Bobby know how to keep the vibes going. While I look forward to continue my fitness journey with orangetheory, I can definitely move forward with all classics including tornado. As a result, this is where you should spend most of your money for fitness. Never regret looking back.

I love this Orange Theory gym. I travel a lot and have visited many OTF gyms in US and abroad and this one really is top notch. The studio staff is fantastic and very helpful even with app problems including Bobby, and all the coaches and head coach, Brad, really encourage you to give it your best in each workout while paying attention to OTF’s heart monitor tracking system. OTF-Midtown West is a fantastic workout and great community to be a part of!

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
