Publix is always as expected. Friendly, great customer service, and delicious subs. The only is that publix has gone to more self check out kiosks. So I definitely don't do big shopping there anymore. The self check out is a big hassle, that's why it gets four stars.

Actually, I love my Publix (Yes, I call it my Publix) for the most part; the associates working in the deli, bakery. meat counters or stocking the shelves are so friendly. I remember going into the store after hearing my brother just die; my eyes were watery and red; Each person I encountered made sure I found what I needed if they couldn't help they found some that could. As the next person would insist, I got her; the previous persons all checked back to see if I was alright. I couldn't have made it through that moment without them. So, now you say what's the problem? If you need to go to the customer service center, brace yourself, I could understand if I went at the busy time of day, but I'm usually the only one at the counter. I always feel like I am intruding, as unsmiling faces asked, "Can I help you?" From that point on, I feel like I being judged. I don't dress up to go to the store; how I look doesn’t matter as long as I can pay. For the most part, whoever is at the desk helps with the issue, but each time I go to the customer service center I feel like I am holding my breath and I can't breathe until I leave. This is why I only give 3 stars; the customer service center is one of the most important areas, if not the most important.
