I think you would find all the trailers are in need of major improvements, no amenities what so ever. Location and lake does not make amenities. Lot rent is out of control and not comparable to the other communities. They have had problem with sewage leaks and on any give day, standing water. Management only likes you until they sell you a trailer as is...then you are on your own! Be careful. Code and Police visit daily I think. Management in the past year..... well just ask the tenants. I would not be surprised if this place is not knocked to the ground.....prime spot for condos. So if you buy in here, and it sales, you are out of your money. just my opinion.

The developer did not get financing and someone else bought the park so no eviction. Found my answer by searching further on internet but thank you for your reply Skip.
Homes on water are higher
They do its 55 and up
They would be private rentals. FYI that area has a drug problem.
