Was here Tuesday night 9/20, in store for over half-an-hour with no help. I asked 3 different employees for help and all of them stopped helping within two minutes, if they helped at all so they could talk to other customers. I went to the front desk to ask for help after all of this and was ignored yet another time. Very disappointing experience.

It is open but they sometimes don't answer

If you call them and let them know its gonna be late they usually dont charge. That was what i did a few months ago.
