Hi Checkpoint Charity! We always love to hear about people's bike trips, especially the big ones like your son just finished. Our business does not purchase used bikes, but we do accept some brands and models of bikes on consignment if they meet certain criteria. However, getting the cash out of the bike depends on its sale to another customer, so this may not be the best option if your son needs the money to purchase his flight by a specific date. Trying to sell it on Facebook or Craigslist may work better for him to get cash fast. Thanks for the message!

ZenCog does sell and service e-bikes, but they don't deal with motors.

Brakes are an inexpensive fix. Brake pads not expensive. New cables are less than 20 bucks. If you need other new hardware for brakes, you are looking at dropping a lil more. Being able to stop is a vital part of cycling.

U should try calling the store, we don't actually work for zencog, this is google maps. Maybe try looking it up on youtube or look up the manufacturers website. Usually youtube has a video for everything. Good luck
