I felt so bad. My wife and I called this place not knowing they closed at 4pm. Somebody answered anyway and I'm so grateful he did. Even though there was not much we could do about the situation we were facing, they still answered our call. Thank you.

In general, my experience here was far from great. I'm giving it 5 stars based on 1 person who works there. Sometimes it just takes one! Shoutout to Star, an intelligent, caring person who believes in customer service!! She took the time to listen and act! She went above and beyond to locate my certified letter and for that I am grateful!

No they are not. This is an annex location and does not service customers. They only allow you to pick up items if that location is assigned to your residence.
You can only pickup 11am-4pm M-F and 11am-3pm Saturday.
