LOVE this place! Delicious homestyle food. This is my family's typical Sunday spot, where we usually order our same favorite dishes. Literally have never had to complain...great service, clean dining and restrooms, good prices and healthy portions, and just a cozy, country, family oriented environment. Just ate here yesterday....I ordered my Denver omelet, my hubby ordered the Country Benny and our kids shared a pizza and fries from the kids menu. Only spent 33$ to feed us four, including 3 drinks. Always recommended 👌

This used to be our "go to" for breakfasts and the occasional burger. In recent months the food has suffered a bit. We went back for the first time in a few weeks. The food was decent, but we got to sit through some sort of sermon blairing on the radio. I've no issue with faith, but if I want to be preached to, I'll go to church, not lunch.

Let's start with the good... The french fries were tasty nothing special but the best thing we had. The portion size for a side order was tremendous. The bad, I had the walnut chicken cranberry salad as did 3 others at my table. The lettuce mix was larger than bite size, larger than hand size for some pieces. The chicken was a grilled chicken breast; however it tasted like it had been frozen, unthawed in water and served cold. There was nothing to say it was grilled. I left feeling sick as did another from my table. I still feel sick the next day. I wouldn't say food poisoning just an upset stomach from less than quality food that was expensive.

Out of two menu items during peak hours. Ordered fried mushrooms in place of, came out beautiful, but frozen in the middle. Returned same mushrooms to our table after deep frying them again, not so beautiful, greasy...and the breading was off the mushrooms, and it was very, dark and hard. I worked in food service most of my life, you do not take a item from a table, refry them n send them out looking like garbage. This is a business, sorry your feelings got hurt, and you threw them back in, already broke down oil from a busy day. A fifty dollar tab at lunch, to boot. Expected something totally different. I did enjoy the signage on the walls, and front of the house, and restrooms were clean. The wait staff were nice n apologetic on our issues.
