The place works fine until you have to notarize something. Some talking and socializing is ok if it is not exceeding 5 min. Everything else is unproductive and rude to other waiting costumers. I will drive a couple extra miles in the future to find another UPS where I can notarize my stuff in a couple min.

Having to add to this review since i can not post a new one. Telling someone you value your customers and then proceed to tell me "I am sure that there was more going then it had appeared". Basically calling me a lier and defending the employees. I have nothing against this store, what i do have a problem with is the lack of communication and no apology for the wait time, talking in another language in front of customers is rude, especially if no one speaks Spanish. The lady at the station on the left just wanted to check prices and then proceeded to do something on her phone, obviously communicating with someone over the prices. So pretty much nothing was going on at that station and instead of letting the lady know you will help the next customer while doing what she was doing you instead started talking with your coworker and after 1 min i approach the counter for help. Dont respond to me saying you value customers then call me a lier. I work at a hotel and i love what i do and i strive everyday to go above and beyond for my guest to earn their business and have them come back the next time they are in town. If i have a guest who is not sure what they want to do i politely ask them to step aside so i can help the next guest that is waiting. I value my guest because ive learned to listen to them so that i can give them a great experience. So as the owner, tell me how you would feel if you were in my shoes? I was the only one in line and your gonna tell you can make an exception yo help on the middle station and instead make me wait in line, i see who you value more and its not your customers. left this store after standing there for 15 mins and to be told by the lady stationed in the middle that was just standing there talking in Spanish to her coworker while his customer is on the phone trying to figure something out. The other guy is dealing with his customer and it's taking forever. I approached the counter and asker her to help me because she's just standing there chit chatting. Like you can't tell me your computer is only set up for drop offs only?! So just let a customer stand there instead of helping them?! I've been to this location plenty of times and never experienced this service before.
