My mail keeps being returned as a vacant property and I have my name in the mailbox...but I get everyone else's mail. This is ridiculous Casselberry water came to my house because they received the bill back. This is ridiculous the rates go up and service gets worst. And of course they just hang up the phone when you call the post office. I guess I will have to stake out my mailbox to catch the carrier who obviously can't read.

Drivers never knock when items need to be signed, just leave the note and drive off. UPS and AMAZON do a better job. It's a shame and frustrating, not to mention the clerks at the location seem so bothered to do their job.

DO NOT Ship Items here on SATURDAY. They do NOT ship them out. The box says 3:30 pickup but for TWO weeks now my items are NOT PICKED UP after placing them in this box. POST MASTER NEEDS TO FIGURE OUT WHY ITEMS ARE NOT BEING MAILED OUT on Saturday or REMOVE THE OPTION FROM YOUR BOX. I've had several Express packages not ship so I now paid for that service several times only to have it NOT ship on Saturday and since there is no scan I cannot get reimbursed for the price and the fact that it did NOT ship on time. I used to be a 5 star customer and some of the people are nice that work here on weekdays but this is extremely frustrating.

When your mail has been added to a change of address and this post office cannot do their job that is terrible. You have disrupted our business operations by not doing your job and forwarding our mail. Get your mess cleaned up at the Casselberry post office

If you need to have your mail on hold at the post office, we can only hold it no more than 30 days. Otherwise might need to look into temporarily having your mail forwarded.
I'm sure the USPS. com site will have that info, as I do not work for USPS.
It is strange that there is no mailman delivering mail/packages down your street. But my suggestions would be to call the nearest post office or if you see any USPS cars, to just ask them about what the problem is. A lot of the times they are just holding your mail at the post office. Hope this helps.
