They refused to help me, after having an account for 10 years when I came in the only time I had available. The lady had no kindness or understanding. I frequently go to this Capital One as there are no other locations close to where I live. Every time I have gone over the last 2-3 months, there is at least 1 customer not wearing a face mask, which is required by law. While I understand …We definitely understand the concern here. Worst service ever! My parents went to the bank to re-activate their account due to not using the account very often. They told them its going to take half an hour because they have to call Capital One customer service. They waited 30 minutes. Then was told they have to go home and call Capital one. They said they don't know what's happened to their account. I would give them No Star if its possible. How can you push your local customer away. Even if you don't know, you have the obligation to find the information for them.
